Ingredients
- 2 Brinjal
- 10-15 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 red chillies
- 1 tsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Recipe
- Soak the dry whole red chillies in water for 2 hours.
- In a mixer jar, blend the garlic cloves, red chillies, salt, and 2 tsp mustard oil into a smooth paste.
- Wash the aubergine and cut it into thick round slices.
- Make deep cuts in these slices with a knife.
- Coat the aubergine slices well with the red chilli and garlic paste.
- Heat a pan, add some oil, and fry the masala-coated aubergine slices on a low flame until well cooked.
