DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025: The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is providing over 6,500 flats in Delhi to building and construction workers at a discount of 25 per cent. The registration for the DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 started on January 6 and will close on March 31. The flats under the scheme will be allotted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Here are the essential details about the scheme like the number of flats in each category, price, and the application procedure.
“The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is pleased to announce DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 with a 25% discount for Building & Construction Workers who are registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB). This offer is extended to the workers who are registered with the Board on or before 31.12.2024. Additionally, all registrants under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme are also eligible for this discount.,” the DDA said in a circular.
DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025: Key Dates
- Registration Opens: January 6, 2025
- Bookings Commence: January 15, 2025, from 11:00 am onwards
- Scheme Closes: March 3, 2025.
Who Is Eligible To Apply?
The scheme is for building and construction workers registered with the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers’ Welfare Board or with the PM Vishwakarma Scheme.
Locations
The flats under the scheme are available at Narela, Siraspur, and Loknayakpuram. Under the scheme, over 6,500 flats are available across categories like LIG, MIG, HIG, and EWS.
How to Apply?
Step 1: Visit the official website of DDA — www.dda.gov.in or https://eservices.dda.org.in.
Step 2: Create login credentials using PAN and other details
Step 3: Login with the same credentials
Step 4: Register for DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 (FCFS) by paying a non-refundable amount of Rs 2,500 (including GST).
Note: If you have existing login ID in AWAAS portal from earlier housing schemes, you need not create new login ID and the same login ID and password can be used for login in DDA Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana 2025 and DDA Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025 also.
Documents Required
Before the possession letter is issued, allottees have to submit the proof of Income certificate in support of EWS status and documentary evidence in support of registration with Delhi Building and other Construction workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB) or documentary evidence in support of registration with PM Vishwakarma Scheme, as the case may be. Further, other documents as prescribed in brochure of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024.

Yes, you can physically visit the sites to see the sample flats. You may visit DDA portal or contact the customer support for the contact details of the officers concerned and address of sample flats.

Interested buyers can contact the DDA Helpline at 1800-011-0332. A DDA kiosk is also available at Rajiv Chowk Metro Station for assistance with all queries. A dedicated helpdesk has been set up at DDA Headquarters, Vikas Sadan, for further support. Camps are also being organised across Delhi.
