After Blake Lively bombshell lawsuit, Justin Baldoni faced a rebuke from The Voice of Solidarity Award.
The laurel has been given to men who advocate for women’s rights. The It Ends With Us star was a recipient of the award on Dec 9th, 2024.
Now, the organizers have revoked his awards, according to BBC.
In a statement, Vital Voices, the organization behind the award, said, “The Voices of Solidarity Award honors remarkable men who have shown courage and compassion in advocating on behalf of women and girls.”
They continued, “The communications among Mr. Baldoni and his publicists included in the lawsuit – and the PR effort the indicate – are, alone, contrary to the values of Vital Voices and the spirit of the award.”
“We have notified Mr Baldoni that we have rescinded his award,” the organisation concluded.
Justin, meanwhile, has strongly denied the allegations. His lawyer, Bryan Freedman, called the accusations in a statement to People as “false, outrageous and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.”
