The latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills took a dramatic turn as Kyle Richards confronted accusations surrounding a text she sent to Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, PK Kemsley.
The January 21 episode saw tensions rise during a wellness party hosted by newcomer Bozoma Saint John, ultimately leading to an emotional outburst from Kyle.
In regards to this, Kyle told her castmates, “I’m gonna say something and then I’m leaving. I don’t know how this all went so wrong. I can’t do this anymore. I really can’t. I’m trying to be in a good place in my life.”
The controversy began when Dorit questioned Kyle about a text sent to PK after he and Dorit announced their separation in May 2024.
The text, which Kyle read aloud during the episode, said, “I know you have a lot of friends, but I am also one and here if you need me. I’ve never repeated anything you have ever shared with me and never would. (Meaning you can trust me always).”
According to Daily Mail, Dorit expressed unease about the message, particularly the line referencing Kyle’s discretion.
Kyle clarified, while insisting, “I’m not talking about you. I’m talking about something else that I can’t say because we’re filming and production.”
Moreover, this explanation failed to convince castmate Garcelle Beauvais, who questioned Kyle’s intentions in her confessional, as per the publication.
In this regard, Garcelle said, “If you’re having a private conversation and don’t want it repeated, you wouldn’t involve production,” Garcelle said.
As tensions mounted, Kyle broke down in tears, addressing the group while she told Dorit, “I’ve loved you and your family. F*** everybody, I’m done with this s***. I’m not doing this anymore.”
Additionally, the episode also broke the fourth wall, with Kyle referencing production directly and cameraman being visible as she stormed out of the party, as per the outlet’s claims.
The heated episode left fans speculating about the future of Kyle and Dorit’s friendship.
