Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd’s shares have been listed at a premium of 12.2 per cent at Rs 330 apiece on the NSE, against the IPO issue price of Rs 294.
Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd, a water and infrastructure solutions provider, on Wednesday made its stock market debut. Its shares have been listed at a premium of 12.2 per cent at Rs 330 apiece on the NSE, against the IPO issue price of Rs 294.
On the BSE, the shares have been listed at Rs 325 apiece.
“The company made a quiet stock market debut, listing for Rs. 330 per share, a significant 12% premium over its issue price of Rs. 294. Participants in the initial public offering (IPO) may hold on their shares for a long time,” said Shivani Nyati, head of wealth at Swastika Investmart Ltd.
She added that Denta Water and Infra Solutions Limited is a growing water and infrastructure solutions company engaged in designing, installing, and commissioning water management infrastructure projects with expertise in groundwater recharge projects.
“The company has in-house expertise in designing and engineering of water management infrastructure projects. It had an order book worth over Rs 752 crore and the IPO is priced fairly,” she said.
The IPO was closed on January 24 and received a whopping 221.54 times subscription. As per the GMP in the morning before the listing, the company’s shares were expected to be listed at a premium of nearly 25 per cent.
