Ahead of the BRIT Awards 2025, rumours have been circulating all over the internet about a possible reunion of popular boy band, One Direction.
Reportedly, Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson will be coming together after a decade to pay a tribute to their brother and late friend Liam Payne, who passed away tragically last year on October 16.
However, there is no official confirmation about the news, but cult ‘1D’ fans were quick enough to respond to the speculations.
According to netizens, they hope that the reports are fake as they believe the reunion is going to be a forced decision because it clearly looks that none of the guys are ready to reunify at the moment.
“Really really hope they don’t reunite, it’s gonna be forced if it happens and I know they’re not ready and I’m not ready to see them together again just yet”, wrote one fan.
Another penned: “Nawww we don’t need that.” Meanwhile, a third social media user expressed: “Don’t play with my heart. I’m not joking. Dont.”
“Why do they lie to us? It’s horrible that they play with people’s feelings”, wrote another.
However, Harry, Zayn, Niall and Louis also attended Liam’s funeral held on November 20 in Wolverhampton.
But if the reports turn out to be true, then it would mark as their first official reunification after the band’s disbandment in 2015.
