Things to Keep in Mind Before School
Wear Full-Sleeve Clothes: Dress children in light-coloured, cotton, full-sleeve clothing to shield their skin from the harsh sun.
Provide a Cap and Sunglasses: Ensure children wear a cap and sunglasses to protect their head and eyes from direct sunlight.
Pack Light Meals: Avoid oily and spicy foods. Instead, give easily digestible meals and hydrating fruits like cucumber, melon, and oranges.
What to Do After School?
Encourage Washing Hands and Feet: Ask children to wash their hands and feet with cold water upon returning home to help lower body temperature.
Ensure Proper Hydration: Provide plenty of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration.
Include Yoghurt in Their Diet: Serve yoghurt to help keep the body cool and aid digestion.
