London’s Heathrow Airport will remain closed for the rest of the day Friday after a massive fire at an electricity substation caused a power outage at the major transportation center. More than a thousand of flights around the world are expected to be canceled or disrupted. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
