Unique take on high-end dining at Crane Club

Chef Melissa Rodriguez and her business partner, Jeff Katz, opened Crane Club in New York City. It’s a sprawling space offering wood-fired specialities and a wine list with more than 1,000 labels. They hope to shake up the culinary world with their unique take on high-end dining.
